BehaviorWorks ABA (BehaviorWorks LLC) is provider of Early ABA intervention
and Medicaid Waiver Behavior Support Service for the greater Indianapolis Area.
We provide home and community based intervention to children who have been
diagnosed with Autism and other neurological and developmental delays.

The role of the Behavioral Technician is to provide home and community based
1:1 sessions to children with autism in a program specifically designed for each

Behavior Consultant
The Behavioral Consultant is responsible for the provision of behavioral and counseling services to individuals served by our organization. This position provides behavioral therapy and counseling to individuals as well as training to associates (including Direct Support Professionals) regarding behavioral management techniques. Qualified applicants must possess the ability and willingness to work flexible hours and transport clients in their personal vehicle. A valid Indiana Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance are also required.

Basic Qualifications
Education: A Master’s degree is required in Clinical Psychology, counseling Psychology, School Psychology or another applied health service area of psychology, Special Education, Social work, or counseling.
Experience: One year of experience in counseling and/or behavior management working with persons with developmental disabilities is required.
Licensure: LCSW or LMHC not required but is preferred.

Home Based Therapist
The Home Based Therapist (HBT) provides therapy and counseling to families referred by the Department of Child Services or Juvenile Probation. Therapy sessions are conducted within the family home. The HBT attends Child and Family Team Meetings, attends Court as requested, and participates in clinical supervision as well as maintains communication with the referring agent. Qualified applicants must possess the ability and willingness to work flexible hours and transport clients in their personal vehicle. A valid Indiana Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance are also required.

Basic Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology or Counseling
Experience: Two (2) years clinical therapy experience
