If you are an AGENCY REPRESENTATIVE and you intend to register multiple individuals;

2) press “Continue Shopping” at the top right corner of the page that follows and next, you will be returned to this page, then
3) follow this link to fill in the form for additional consultant(s), and
4) repeat as many times as necessary.
Next, please arrange for PayPal payment below:
Once your registration is confirmed you will receive a receipt via email.
We also ask that you print yourself a copy of the registration / receipt form to present on the date of the conference.
