2) press “Continue Shopping” on the next page and you will return to this page, then
3) follow this link to fill in the form for the next consultant, and
4) repeat as many times as necessary.

Once your registration is confirmed you will receive a receipt via email.
We also ask that you print yourself a copy of the registration / receipt form to present on the date of the conference.
